However, we will always create your arrangement or bouquet using the freshest flowers available, carefully selected to match the colour palette you’ve chosen and crafted specially for your event.

Flowers arranged in floral foam need a little extra care to stay fresh and beautiful throughout your event. Here’s how to keep them looking their best:
Keep it Moist
Floral foam holds water to nourish the flowers, but it can dry out quickly. Check the foam daily and gently add water as needed to keep it moist—but not soaking wet.Avoid Direct Sunlight and Heat
Place the arrangement in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, heaters, or drafts to prevent the flowers from wilting prematurely.Handle with Care
Be gentle when moving the arrangement to avoid damaging the foam or dislodging the flowers.Refresh as Needed
If you notice the flowers starting to wilt, adding a little fresh water can help extend their life.By following these simple steps, your floral foam arrangement will stay fresh and vibrant, making your event even more beautiful!

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to ensure we can source the freshest flowers to match your chosen colour palette.
For custom events, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to secure the necessary flower quantities and create your perfect arrangements.
If you need something on short notice, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our Contact us page—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We offer flower delivery across the region from Bondi Beach to Kiama, with the following delivery fees:
Bondi to Helensburgh: $100
Helensburgh to Shellharbour: FREE
Shellharbour to Kiama: $100
Kiama to Nowra: $150
For your convenience, free pick-up is also available from our studio in Fairy Meadow, NSW 2519.

Yes! The vases and pots are included in the price of your order.
We also offer a refund of $20 for the full set of 12 bud vases and $10 refund for each round or rectangular ceramic vase returned to our studio in Fairy Meadow, NSW 2519.
If you plan to return the vases or pots, please let us know in advance. We kindly ask that they are returned in their original condition, as they were at delivery.

If you’d like to return your vases or pots for a refund, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us beforehand to let us know you’ll be returning the items.
2. Ensure the vases/pots are clean and in their original condition as they were when delivered.
3. Return the vases/pots to our studio at:
Fairy Meadow, NSW 25194. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund of $20 for the full set of 12 bud vases, or $10 for each round or rectangular ceramic vase returned.
